Your hosts in the Leogang holiday apartments
Then let's let the cat out of the bag. We are your host family Schwabl and share with you the laid-back farm life, our fantastic secluded location and our tips as locals.
host
Marion – Court soul and hostess: Is available for you upon arrival, departure and in between
Michael – Farmer & Carpenter: Operates sustainable organic farming and, as a self-employed carpenter, has crafted many of the apartments’ furniture.
Kids Power: David, Emily, Alina, and Philipp are the farm's welcoming new additions. Philipp is already going his own way, and you'll meet the other three with the animals, at the playground, on the tractor, or in the stable.
Grandma Elisabeth and Grandpa Rupert: The two still help a lot with the farming and are always happy to have a chat with guests.
Animals
Crazy Chickens: Light as a feather, they enjoy the fresh mountain air and occasionally lay our eggs.
Mimi, Lara, Lana, Chilli, Luca and Fabi, the farm cats: They watch closely for a free hand to stroke. Anyone who wants to can cuddle.
Fluffy bunnies: Hoppel and Moppel are every child's favorites. They love to be petted, but they retreat when they've had enough.

We have lived here in this idyllic spot above Leogang for many generations. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to the village that you can reach it on foot (about three to four minutes). In the morning, the mountain sun wakes you up, and in the evening, the valley lights glitter before you. Our apartments have been part of our farm since 2018 (the "Wiesenblick" since 2024). Lovingly planned and built, they feature our own carpentry work using oak and reclaimed wood. You can fully cater for your needs, as each has a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable seating areas. Three holiday apartments sleep one to four people, and two are suitable for up to six guests. In summer, hiking and biking trails start right outside the front door. In winter, you can ski right down to the farm. The nearby ski bus will take you to the Steinbergbahn gondola, which you can reach directly from the farm via the adjacent ski route.
