  • Check-in: From 4:00 PM Your booked apartment is ready for you. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know by phone (T: +43 664 5405091).
  • Check-out: At 9:30 a.m. It's time to say goodbye, at least for now. Please clear your luggage from the apartment by then.
  • Kitchen equipment: dish brush and cloth, 4 dish soap tablets, 2 tea towels, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, Senseo coffee maker (please bring your favorite pads), garbage bags, dishes, and cooking utensils
  • Bathroom amenities include one bath towel and two hand towels per person. Soap, shower gel, and shampoo are not provided; please bring your own.
  • Bed linen per person, we change after 14 days
  • Other amenities in the apartment: Blankets, high chair and cot on request
  • For sports equipment: In-house ski room and garage for bicycles (no rental bikes on site)
  • Pets: We have many animals on the farm and ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate pets in our apartments.
  • Included in all stays: The Leogang Card and the Salzburg Transport Guest Mobility Ticket
  • Early Bird Bonus: If you book up to 21 days in advance, you'll receive a 7% discount on the overnight rate. This offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable. There is no money-back guarantee, and you can only book it online (excluding local tax).
  • Payment: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for a confirmed reservation. The remaining amount must be transferred one week before arrival. Otherwise, payment is only possible in cash on site. Payment is due upon arrival or at the latest the evening before departure. The bank details will be sent with the reservation confirmation. Alternatively, you can use these bank details.

  • Cancellation policy: We hope not, but if you have to cancel, these are our cancellation policies:
    up to 3 months before arrival – no cancellation fee
    3 months to 1 month before arrival – 40% cancellation fee
    1 month to 1 week before arrival – 70% cancellation fee
    last week before arrival – 90% cancellation fee
  • Cancellation fees will be deducted from the total price. In the event of early departure or late arrival, the price stated in the booking will be charged.
